Along with Sugar Processing & boiling house equipments we also produce proficient mill house equipments like Cane Cutter, Cane Leveller, Fibrizor, Tooth Under Feed Rollers, Pressure Feeders (GRPF,TRPF) and other Mill House Spares like forged steel machined shafts, crown pinions, couplings, Tail bar, Plummer Block, G.M Bearings and spares for cane unloader & E.O.T cranes.
Following our years of experience and expertise in manufacturing of low pressure heat exchangers and iron and steel fabrication we have a diversified portfolio and are also manufacturing machinery to fulfil the demands of Heavy Engineering Companies, paper mills, thermal power projects, Hydro power Projects, distillery & refinery manufacturers, Petro-chemicals plants, Fertilizer plants, Cement plants and other infrastructure projects.. Our infrastructure enables us to produce tailor-made fabricated machinery using any grade of iron, steel or stainless steel. We manufacture an extensive range of customized Equipments including staging structures, over foot bridges, Heavy Steel fabricated structures & equipments, beams, girders, and Vessels with wide applications in multiple industries which are made and tailored as per the client's personalized specifications and design.

The raw materials like stainless steel, cast iron, mild steel, etc. are procured from only reliable and reputed vendors like Jindal steel, SAIL and TATA steel. All machined, casted and forged components of the equipments are procured from reliable vendors and all the required quality checks are conducted by our team. Every one of our quality control professionals are experts in their respective fields, with years of relevant industrial experience. Our quality control department conducts several types of checks as per client's specifications and requisite which includes methods like Visual inspection using calibrated tools and tackles, Dye Penetration Test, Positive material identification tests (Chemical analysis), Hydrostatic Test, Tensile Test, Flattening Test, Bending Test, Weld-strength Test, Radiography, corrosion testing, etc. in order to ensure that the finished products are at par with the international quality protocols.
We work on innovative, state-of-the-art technology platforms to deliver high quality products within the time period provided by the customer. We are equipped with latest machines like Gas metal arc welding (GMAW) or MIG Welding machines, Flux-cored arc welding machines, Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) or Stick Welding machines, plate bending machines, plasma cutting machine, profile cutting machines, etc. that are built on the latest technology, and facilitate a smooth and efficient flow of production for timely delivery of equipments.

Our Infrastructure
We regularly manufacture/handle single equipment or job of up to 30 Tons and assemblies of over 80 Tons with height up to 8 Metres. We have the capability and Infrastructure to fabricate up to 220 Tons/month of iron & steel.
